We have long over Meghann Fahy Gesangs. From observing your Bold type (Iykyk) to her career in two white lotus and now how she observes her lead in Netflix ‘sirens, we are always obsessed when it is on our screen.
In order to support all these hard work in front of the camera, it requires some serious efforts behind the scenes. That is why Meghan ensures that her health and wellness routines are balanced and strong.
The actress sat down with the health of women to entertain her favorite wellness routines, her health and training products and her exercise – oh and how she took care of the time last year while filming the White Lotus. (Note: It may contain aubergine farm for breakfast and lots of fun in the sun or not.)

1/ good hydration is the key
Water, water and more water is Meghan’s most important trick to stay healthy on the set … along with some good snacks. “Water is the main thing that I really need when I work for a long time to get through and keep my energy,” says the 32-year-old actress, the health of women.
She recently added Sakara’s detoxification drops, a product Rec from her make -up artist. The tasteless drops contain a chlorophyll mixture to support the stomach intestine tract according to the product description.
“Apparently it is really good for your liver, only for general circulation and all kinds of things like this,” she says. “So that’s a new funny thing I tried.”
2/ She loves to train outdoors
Going, hiking, Meghann does everything. The actress says she tries to do something physical every day, and that usually means getting up in the morning and moving first. The “I only get the tone for the day, make me a little better,” she explains. (It particularly helps her fear.)
For training clothing, she is a big fan from Set Active. “You have really good colors and styles and the fabric is very soft and cozy,” says Meghann. Sweet training equipment? Register us.
And when Meghann runs up to date, she has a favorite couple of sneaks that she likes to put together: her Hokas, which she calls her as a running sneaker. “They are just so comfortable and supportive,” added Meghann.
Depending on her schedule, she will also see her trainer between two and three times a week in LA. “Usually, when I see her so often, I don’t do anything else because it is a lot,” says Meghann. Together they get strength training.
When she is with your trainer, focus on strength training like squats – and many of them. “As a woman, it’s so nice to have the feeling of getting stronger,” says Meghann. That is her main goal. It also helps someone else tell her what to do, which is very assignable.
3/ sunscreen and allergy medication are a must
With all the outdoor activity, Meghann will certainly wear your SPF. Single. Day. “This is my kind of must-do morning,” she says. Her ultimate favorite is Paulas Choice Defense essential moisturizer. “I love it because it makes my skin really glowing so that you can wear it without make -up,” explains Meghann. Since it is not held and gentle, it is perfect for your sensitive skin.

4/ she is great prepared for the training
When she is traveling, Meghan trains with the sweat app, which offers easy-to-follow training videos. “It’s just a nice template for everyone who may feel overwhelmed in a gym,” she says. “That, I’ve been using for years – I also used it during the brave type.”
Overall, Meghan is not very strict in terms of her training routines and tries not to revise. “Listen to your body and if your body wants to rest, then don’t urge yourself to do a class,” she says.
If you are not 100 percent there, you won’t get out much, she adds.
5/ Meghann focuses on their routine for mental health
It is all about therapy. “It was quite life -changing for me, so that’s an important part of my routine,” she says. It also meditates magazines and has even meditated and even carried out workshops for the latter, but on everyday life it uses the quiet app to carry out a 10-minute meditation before leaving her bed in the morning.
“Sometimes the people in meditation hesitate” because they believe that they have no time for it, “says Meghann.” The truth is that they really only need a few minutes, and everything it does is only to breathe, and I think that’s a really good way to start the day. “

In Sicily, Meghann ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes, then lifted weights or made cardio and weights separately on various days. And at first she says she was really hard -working about it. “But most of us slowly stopped going to the gym towards the end because we just had too much fun doing other things.”
I do not accuse you – especially since the occupation was shot from February to July 2022. “When the weather got nice and the people came and the restaurants were open and the way nobody wanted to go to the gym,” explains Meghan.
When in Rome, right? “All bets were gone in Italy” when it came to enjoying the amazing meal. “I ate aubergin farm for breakfast,” says Meghann. “We only ate bread and all the delicious things that was so funny.”
